History of Activities
In the course of the activities (1) there is an overview of the activities of the users in the system. Depending on the rights of the user and the configuration of the app, these can be only the own activities or the activities of all users.
In the standard system, the list is filtered on the own (2) open (3) activities and is grouped by templates. With the help of the filter (4) entries can be searched.
Directly in the list you can see the following information for all activities:

- dataset
- Time of the last activity
- User
Type of activity
- User has viewed dataset (eye)
- User has changed dataset (database)
- If the dataset is still open
- dataset is still open (arrows in circle)
- dataset is no longer open (crossed out arrows in the circle)
Viewing and changing the status of the activity
If you click on one of the activities in the history list, the status of the activity opens. Here you can view the following information and perform actions according to the set permissions:
Template and dataset
When was the activity started
If saved, when was last savedt
Who is the user
If the activity was closed; when
Delete activity entry from the logs
Open or close activity (depending on current status)
Open dataset as it was during the activity
The last feature can be used, for example, to track who made what changes to a dataset and when. To do this, the old activity is opened parallel to the currently stored dataset.
